We make use of several trusted and reputable courier services to deliver your orders. All parcels are carefully handed over to the courier along with accurate delivery details. Once the parcel has been collected by the courier, the responsibility for delivery rests with them. Should parcels be misplaced we at the hair Luxbeautys will try our utmost best to have the parcel located and sent to you.

Please note that once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to make any changes to your order, delivery address, or delivery details on our system.

- The courier will be best placed to assist with updates such as rescheduling delivery, redirecting your parcel, or resolving delivery issues.

If an item is ordered and not collected within this period, it becomes non-returnable.
